Consultation
Remodel Austin will have the initial visit with the customer to discuss and layout the plan for the project. We will listen to the needs and concerns of the customer to make sure that customer’s vision is understood. The purpose of the initial visit to get the scope of what the customer wants and relieve any stress and anxiety the customer may feel about an upcoming remodel. We will use our experience and expertise to recommend the best way to capture the customer’s vision.
Design
After the consultation, Remodel Austin will draw several renderings and concepts to the exact specifications of the customer. Once a concept is chosen it will be refined and the materials, fixtures, and finishing items will chosen. After all final decisions have been made a construction schedule is created so that project can be started.
Construction
During the construction phase, Remodel Austin will make sure to respect the customer’s home and living space. Our contractor will be mindful of non work areas and treat the customer’s home like their own. Also, the customer will be able to follow the project from its inception to its completion.
Project Conclusion
At completion, Remodel Austin will review the project from top to bottom with the client to ensure it matches the concept renderings and the vision of the customer. If the customer feels anything is not correct, that will be resolved so the customer is left satisfied and with a beautiful remodel to enhance their home.
